Moving into a new home is an exciting and memorable experience. Our make ready technicians make dreams come true by focusing on all the details of readying vacant units for new residents before they move in. Filling nail holes, repairing sheet rock, painting and removing trash from vacant units are part of your work duties. Additional responsibilities incorporate your keen eye for things that need to be replaced along with your problem solving and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs at a minimum. If you're a people person who enjoys customer service as well as someone who takes pride in every aspect of your work, then this essential position is perfect for you. Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns

Help with scheduling and completion of make ready units

Work with service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times

Adhere to Gables Standard Operating Procedures

Assist with preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors

Follow all safety policy and procedures to ensure safe practices

Maintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationships

Participate in company training classes and meetings as required

Maintain excellent customer service relationship through Gables Pledges of Customer Service

Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor directly related to job duties
