As a key member of the Student Affairs And Enrollment Management leadership team, you will shape a vibrant campus life that fosters belonging, engagement, and growth. This role is pivotal in supporting the holistic development of UMF students and strengthening the institution's commitment to inclusion, innovation, and excellence. A typical salary is up to $65,000. The start date for this position will be January 5, 2026, or July 1, 2026.

What you'll do :

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of residential life, including housing, staff development, budgets, and crisis management.
• Oversee student organizations, campus programming, and student governance, ensuring every student has the opportunity to lead, connect, and contribute.
• Serve as UMF's Chief Conduct Officer, promoting accountability, equity, and fairness in student conduct processes.
• Act as UMF's Homeless Student Liaison, coordinating resources and partnerships to support students facing housing insecurity.
• Manage the UMF Shuttle Service and serve as a critical member of the campus on-call rotation to respond to student needs.
• Collaborate across departments to create an inclusive, engaged, and supportive campus environment that drives student success and retention.
