Open Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees during open enrollment, answering questions about healthcare plans, retirement programs, and voluntary benefits.
- Assist employees with completing enrollment forms and navigating online systems.
- Host informational meetings, webinars, or provide one-on-one support to educate employees on benefits options.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits vendors to ensure accurate enrollment data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Review and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.
- Provide post-enrollment assistance and follow-up as needed.
Requirements :
Qualifications :Experience in benefits administration, HR, or general office coordination (12 years preferred).High attention to detail, critical for processing forms and tracking enrollment data accurately.Strong communication skills : ability to relay information clearly and patiently to employees with varying levels of understanding.Familiar with benefits software or HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, Kronos, or others).Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience coordinating open enrollment processes.Knowledge of federal and state benefits laws, including ACA compliance.
