Sales Account Executive – Outside Sales | Charleston, SC

We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to support clients in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a high-visibility role with strong income potential and the backing of a company that knows how to win business and deliver value.
Sales Account Executives participate in a six-week sales development program led by our Learning and Development team. You will gain product expertise, sharpen your consultative sales approach, and learn to leverage the internal resources that will help you close deals and retain clients. Ongoing development is built into your career path.
In this role, we are looking for a business-minded sales professional who is self-driven, confident, tenacious, and skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering results.
Your responsibilities will include :
Prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory
Building relationships with business owners, stakeholders, and C-level decision-makers
Representing Novatech’s solutions with accuracy, professionalism, and insight
Owning the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales activity and revenue targets
Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track client engagement
You should bring :
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven outside sales experience (business technology or related industry preferred)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-focused mindset
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office
A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
