Job Description
THE PURPOSE :
The Junior Inventory Analyst will play a key role in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing inventory across the supply chain. This role supports True Religion by maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory efficiency.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Monitor and track inventory movement across stores, distribution centers (DCs), and 3PL partners, including inbound / outbound shipments and transfers (store-to-store, store-to-DC, DC-to-DC).
- Maintained and updated inventory tracking reports across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
- Identify and investigate inventory variances, transfer discrepancies, and reconciliation issues across systems.
- Support and maintain the cycle count process; analyze results and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Logistics, Retail Ops, DC Operations, and Store teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with maintaining clean and accurate SKU, location, and status data in inventory systems.
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc reports for inventory performance and business reviews.
- Help document and escalate issues related to delayed, missing, or misrouted inventory.
- Prepare inventory reconciliation for all inventory locations.
- Support mid-year and annual physical store inventory counts by coordinating data preparation, tracking variances, and assisting with reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain documentation and audit logs of transfer variances and resolution steps.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of overall inventory operations.
- Support ad hoc analysis of inventory flows and transfers during peak periods, store openings, or promotional events.
- Able to multitask and work under time constraints.
- Has the ability to function under stressful conditions and interact cordially with co-workers.

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of inventory systems work experience, preferably in retail / apparel industry.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills.Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory analysis, planning, allocation, supply chain, or related.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Full Circle ERP (Aptean) or similar ERP system.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Aptos or similar retail merchandising / retail allocation systems.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Scale WMS or similar warehouse management system.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in report development.Minimum 1-3 years of experience with JIRA or a similar ticketing system.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Apparel wholesale / retail experience will be a big plus.Supporting and analyzing data from wholesale and direct-to-consumer systems is a plus.Experience with integrations.
