Introduction

This role is centered on migrating customer and account data into our card systems, ensuring a seamless transition and consistent customer experience post-migration. The project involves working with unique data elements and requires a collaborative approach with various tech teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management with a strong background in leading product delivery, especially in Agile environments.
• Expertise in data product engineering and data migration, including familiarity with ETL pipelines, data ingestion, data mapping, and transformation.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional coordination within a highly matrixed organization.

Experience in the financial industry is required.
