Warehouse Associate - Wms / Returns

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to processing merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within our distribution center. job type : full-time, interview required

rate of pay : $18.75 / hr.

schedule : monday - friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m. (overtime may be required during peak seasons)

key responsibilities :

• inventory and return processing : process in-house damages and manage product returns to vendors. This includes pulling, packing, and loading products for shipment.
• system and data management : enter new product information into the wms, perform new product set-up functions, and verify data accuracy after host download or manual entry.
• equipment operation : safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, tcms, cherry pickers, turret trucks, and reach trucks. you must be comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet.
• collaboration : work as a team member, communicating with fellow associates and building relationships with corporate product managers and inventory analysts.
• general support : print location labels, perform filing and record-keeping tasks, and assist with general department duties as needed.

essential skills :

work environment : be prepared to work in varying temperatures, as the warehouse can be hot in the summer (up to 110f) and cold in the winter (down to 10f) when loading trailers. you will also be required to wear personal protective equipment, such as a safety vest or harness, when necessary.
