• Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday - Sunday 7am - 7pm
• 16 - 20 patients daily census
• ICU and PCU coverage tele coverage at night
• APP support Mon - Fri for 8 hours in stepdown unit
• Multidisciplinary rounds with team in ICU
• Mandatory consults on all patients
• Inpatient setting with cardiology fellowship program
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
