Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Early Mornings
We are a scratch bagel and pastry bakery. Our production team handles everything from dough mixing to cream cheese prep. We’re hiring someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with food and equipment at a steady pace.
What This Job Actually Looks Like :
- Mix and scale doughs daily for bagels and pastries.
- Bake and portion cookies, coffee cakes, and baked oatmeals.
- Prepare and package cream cheeses and salads.
- Label, date, and organize finished products for both retail and wholesale orders.
- Assist with weekly inventory and putting away deliveries.
- Support prep for weekend markets and wholesale item.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace throughout the shift.
Requirements :
Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for an entire shift.Shows up on time and communicates clearly.Comfortable following written procedures with consistency.Food safety knowledge (or willingness to get certified after hire).Prior baking / production experience preferred.Schedule & Pay :
Monday-Friday30-40 hours / week , mornings / early days.Pay is $18 / hr with opportunities for growth.What We Offer :
