Technical Recovery Analyst

Coordinate and provide logistics support (moving and transporting items between buildings and conference rooms) for a full range of meetings and exercise events.

Arrange and submit catering requests.

Responsible for scheduling meetings in support of initiating Technical Recovery assessments.

Own and partner with team leads to manage the team in-box and provide prompt & professional replies to assessment related inquiries.

Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support, as needed.

Partner with team lease content access and organization of working team documents.

Identifies and finds creative ways to solve problems; escalates to leadership, as needed.

2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant / coordinator or other support role in a professional business environment.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work with project teams and leverage relationships in a matrix environment.

Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and BOX proficiency is preferred.

Analytical mind set and exceptional organization skills with and high attention to detail and quality.

Team-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.

Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion.

Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own.
