UK HealthCare Information Technology Services is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide tier 1 support of all ITS incidents and requests for UK Healthcare. This position will provide end user application support, support customer resolution, as well as deploy or install end user applications. The successful candidate will establish strong credibility and collaboration with physicians, customers, department leadership, affiliated organizations, and all IT staff members. UK Healthcare is a highly matrixed organization which requires excellent interpersonal skills, persuasion and influencing skills, and the ability to participate in large multidisciplinary teams with significant varied work assignments. Certifications are required within one year of hire date.
