Senior UI / UX Designer (Remote - US)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the end-to-end design of web and product experiences, shaping interfaces that are both visually compelling and highly usable. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve complex problems, improve usability, and maintain a cohesive design system. You will move seamlessly from research and strategy to high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready UI. This position emphasizes both creativity and execution, requiring a designer who can think critically, communicate clearly, and elevate the overall user experience. You will also help maintain brand integrity while pushing innovation and accessibility across digital products.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end design for client websites, web applications, and digital products, including information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs, ensuring usability and developer-ready outputs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across typography, color, grids, motion, and component patterns.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define objectives, user journeys, and visual specifications.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and customer-focused design in all digital touchpoints.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling narratives.
