Job descriptionCompetitive pay : $17–$20 / hr $500 Sign-On Bonus Paid orientation and ongoing training Direct deposit Overtime and holiday pay at time-and-a-half Flexible schedules with nearby clients Employee recognition programs 401(k) match (when qualified) Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Build communication and trust with clients, families, and coworkers Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistent A valid California driver’s license Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain it A recent negative TB test result Previous experience supporting elderly individuals
