Those in financial due diligence provide strategic advice and business diligence services, analysing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key deal issues. You will motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality work, coach team members, manage performance, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the firm. You lead with integrity, authenticity, and promote technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

What You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years of experience.
Active CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in good standing, MBA from an accredited university, or CFA credential.

Experience interviewing executive management at target companies.
Assessment of a target company’s quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
Management of resolution of issues in technical accounting areas.

Providing direction to less‑experienced staff.
Coaching staff with timely, meaningful feedback.
The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
