A well-established automotive dealership in the Jackson, MS area is seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned department. As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, youll oversee all aspects of the pre-owned inventory and sales operations from acquiring quality vehicles to driving sales performance. If youre a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team, maximize profitability, and deliver a world-class customer experience, this is the role for you.

What Were Looking For :

• Proven success as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, or Automotive Sales and / or Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, appraisals, and market trends
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
