ANNUAL INCOME :
Starting Salary for Class A driver = $65,000 / yr with 2+ years & Manual Experience - Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit ($1,250 / weekly or $250 / day worked + Benefits after 90 days).
JOB LOCATION : Broit Lifting Outdoor Yard located in Ft. Myers, local jobsites, and trips to manufacturing plants in FL
REQUIREMENTS : Solution Oriented with an Ability to Pivot Quickly in a rapidly changing environment; Willingness to work outdoors for long hours; Driving Record Acceptable for our Commercial Auto Insurance; Fluent English; Drug & Tobacco-Free; Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required; Military Highly Encouraged to Apply!

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL :
Be able and willing to work a flex start-time shift (usually, start at the yard between 5-6 am)Safely drive and operate both manual and automatic trucks.Be willing to learn or have experience using a forklift, skid loader, or similar equipmentBe willing to load, strap, secure, and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and organized mannerFollow all safe work practices and procedures - Safety First!Be organized, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to follow directions and have a sense of urgencyTO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST :
Have a Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (2+ years experience), including backing up, with an acceptable Driving Record that allows you to be added to our Commercial Auto Insurance Policy.Have a valid Medical Examiners Certificate, be able to successfully complete / pass required DOT Physical and Drug Screenings, and be able to pass our competency driving test, including inspections, backing in tight situations, hooking and unhooking, etc.Have experience using a Moffett / Manitou forklift, skid steer, backhoe, (or other similar equipment) OR be able to learn how to use forklifts and be able to operate them safely and efficientlySpeak Fluent English - Bonus : Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredBe willing to join our Life360 app on your personal phone while working, as well as download and use apps utilized by the companyTHE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE OFFERED THE FOLLOWING :
