The role of the STEMI / Shock Program Coordinator is one of educator, collaborator, consultant, and change agent. The primary responsibilities are to drive quality, improve clinical outcomes, and facilitate programmatic growth and to serve as a resource for patient and staff education. The coordinator will also assist in the advancement of clinical standards through participation in multidisciplinary teams to develop order sets and care algorithms. Will also provide formal and informal education to caregivers and communities on cardiovascular topics.
