As an Industrial Engineering / Technology Engineering Co-Op , you will fully support the continuous improvement team in creating, improving, and refining processes and product flow through the manufacturing floor.

This position is for a Spring 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of January 2026 and running through the spring semester.

What You'll Do :

• Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement event.
• Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements.
• All additional duties assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Bring :

Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering.
