A company is looking for a Virtual Instructor - Red Cell & Platelet Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction to create an engaging learning environment

Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the online learning experience

Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback while maintaining a strong online presence

Required Qualifications :

5-10 years of biomedical industry experience with a bachelor's degree or relevant post-secondary training

Proven experience in virtual or online instruction with a strong command of virtual classroom technologies

Moderate proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office tools

Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners

Familiarity with assessment techniques to measure learner performance
