Team Manager

Artistree-DFW AirportThe Associate Global Sourcing Manager - Artistree will play a significant role in supporting the Global Sourcing team to execute sourcing strategies and meet the financial goals established by the company for Artistree retail and B2B product categories, including custom framing, custom printing, and personalization.

Major Activities

• Support the implementation of sourcing strategies to achieve company and assigned category business objectives.
• Manage the vendor setup process, including reviewing the vendor setup paperwork.
• Manage quote sheets and item setup process with cross functional partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Provide sourcing support to the B2B sales team and prepare project cost review and price quotes for Artistree B2B clients.
• Collect data and conduct analysis for projects to support sourcing operations, including RFP, quotes, productivity analysis, commodity pricing, and vendor analysis.
• Monitor sample approval process and alert appropriate partners if delays or problems arise.
• Support cost negotiation.
• Support the Global Sourcing team in relaying shortages and delivery issues to merchant and inventory team.
• Support the Global Sourcing team by reviewing QC issues with cross-functional teams and advise outcome to vendor.
• Serve as a key liaison for day-to-day global sourcing operations and work effectively with cross-functional partners and vendors.
• Organize cross-functional meetings while providing information preparation and analysis for transition meetings, vendor matrix review meetings, vendor visits, and other collaborations.
