Bilingual Service Success Advocate

As a Bilingual Service Success Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring members receive empathetic, efficient, and high-quality support. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide empathetic support to active and prospective members of an online mental health therapy platform via email.
• Respond to inquiries regarding refunds, financial aid, subscription details, password resets, and membership setup.
• Handle 200–300 tickets per day, with a target of 20 tickets per hour.
• Work across international and U.S. queues, managing extensions and refunds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
