Clinical Nurse III - Post Cardiothoracic Surgery Unit

In this role, you will :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications with precision.
• Start IVs, perform treatments, and document care according to regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to devise a comprehensive Plan of Care for every patient.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for various patient needs.
• Supervise and guide ancillary personnel to maintain high nursing standards.
