Scopely is looking for a Director of Product to join our Direct to Consumer team in the US on a hybrid or remote basis!! (Hybrid in Culver City)

As Director of Product, you will own the product vision and strategy for D2C initiatives, and partner with game teams to deliver measurable P&L impact. You'll play a pivotal role in partnering with game teams to deliver measurable financial impact while strengthening long-term player loyalty and engagement.

This role requires a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in business strategy, e-commerce, payments, and community platforms to drive the growth and impact of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. This is a rare opportunity to define how players engage with our games across multiple consumer touchpoints. By connecting commerce, loyalty, payments, and community platforms into a cohesive D2C ecosystem.

What You Will Do :

  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, operations, and legal to ensure our D2C platforms deliver tangible business results, including revenue growth, retention uplift, and lifetime value (LTV) expansion.
  • Define and execute the long-term D2C strategy, staying ahead of eCommerce trends, compliance requirements, payment innovations, and community integration opportunities.
  • Partner with game teams to embed D2C levers (loyalty, promotions, payments, social feeds) into live operations and monetization strategies.
  • Deliver measurable improvements across conversion, ARPPU, retention, LTV, and % of portfolio revenue from D2C.
  • Lead the design of loyalty programs, promotions, and VIP experiences that enhance retention and trust.
  • Oversee payment and checkout strategy, ensuring frictionless and secure player experiences across markets.
  • Integrate community platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube) to deepen player engagement and amplify retention.
  • Influence and align senior leaders across game teams and central functions on D2C priorities and investments.
  • Help establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for D2C penetration, retention uplift, campaign ROI, and monetization per active player.

What We Are Looking For :

  • 710+ years in eCommerce, D2C, loyalty, and payments with direct experience driving strategy and business results.
  • Deep expertise in business strategy and compliance, with ability to adapt to evolving industry and regulatory trends.
  • Solid understanding of how to deliver impact across Game & D2C KPIs.
  • Experience leading PMs and developing roadmaps.
  • Strong ability to influence and align senior leaders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible financial results in partnership with game & cross-functional teams.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about gaming and player communities.

    For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA Annual Salary Range

    $180,000 - $240,000 USD
