As a CSR / Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher, you ensure that our clients are heard and their issues are solved. Using your in-depth knowledge of our services, you easily match our services to each client's unique needs. Because of your positive personality and friendly demeanor, you effortlessly build trust and develop strong relationships with our clients. Thanks to your rockstar interpersonal skills, you turn a simple phone call into a booked service call. Your customer-service skills can't be beaten!
You fit right into our goal-oriented office environment. You shine as you answer incoming calls and use Service Titan scheduling and dispatching software to schedule plumbing service calls. After the service is completed, you call our customers to ensure quality control, set up maintenance annual agreements, and enter information into our software. You use your well-developed technology talents to maximize job scheduling - which you expertly accomplish without compromising our first-class service. Pleasantly, you interact with clients and technicians. At the end of the day, an overwhelming feeling of success washes over you. CSR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / DISPATCHER QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Service Titan scheduling and dispatching software is a plus, but not required! Do you have a stellar phone voice? Are you meticulous, efficient, and a go-getter?
