MARKETING COORDINATOR WME is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their team and support the sales and marketing efforts for the WME Independent group. The ideal candidate is a highly organized,

• detail-oriented, culturally fluent, and an eager to learn candidate
• , with some direct exposure to film / entertainment marketing. They will support the VP of marketing & publicity on the day-to-day operations across the diverse slate of films.

• Experience & Skills
• Familiarity with creative assets (trailers, posters, digital content) and publicity tools (press kits, bios, festival strategies). Clear and professional written / verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise diplomatically with filmmakers, executives, press, and international partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns across territories. Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills. Multilingual ability (or cross-cultural sensitivity) is a big plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.Basic design / AV knowledge (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, or Canva) helpful. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, assets, and documentation.
