A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support Process Server contractors and ensure compliance with court and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements
Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required
6-12 months relevant experience preferred
Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
