A company is looking for a Client Services Associate I to support clients and account managers in navigating inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage individual case load to ensure timely responses to requests
Analyze information to determine necessary client changes and address enrollment or eligibility questions
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client / member issues and improve processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Member or Client Service experience
5 years of related pharmacy work experience preferred
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Pharmacy / Healthcare related experience preferred
Two years of college preferred
