A fast-growing company in the home improvement industry is seeking a confidential hire for an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Integrator role to help scale its business, specializing in 1 & 2-day bathroom renovations.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for turning vision into execution. You will manage the day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure team alignment in a rapidly expanding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Implement and execute the EOS framework to align teams, streamline operations, and meet company goals.
• Team Management : Lead department heads to ensure all operations, from sales to installation, run efficiently and on schedule.
• Scaling Growth : Optimize business processes to handle increasing demand while maintaining the company's reputation for delivering high-quality bathroom renovations in just 1-2 days.
• KPI Management : Track key performance indicators and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization.
• Problem Solving : Identify issues and roadblocks, ensuring swift resolution to maintain smooth, efficient workflows.
• Vision Execution : Work closely with the Visionary (CEO) to translate long-term company vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
