Summary
The Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for the manual and automated execution of test cases, documenting defects, and validating that insurance-related software meets requirements. This individual will closely collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecyclefrom requirements analysis and test execution to defect tracking and resolution. Travel is required for this role up to 20% frequency. Hybrid work schedule in Alliant Offices Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Tampa, FL; Naples, FL; or Atlanta, GA.
