As an ER RN, you’ll care for patients across all acuity levels—from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. You’ll manage multiple cases, collaborate closely with providers, and deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Rapidly triage, assess, and treat patients of all agesDevelop and implement patient-centered care plansPrioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProvide discharge instructions and follow-up care guidanceCoordinate with physicians and interdepartmental teamsMaintain strict patient safety and compliance standards🔹 Qualifications
1 year of recent acute care experience (Med / Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED required)Active Florida RN license or multistate compact (60 days to obtain FL license after relocation)Education : ADN or Diploma in NursingRequired certifications (timeline from start) :BLS – within 30 days
ACLS – within 90 daysPALS – within 90 daysENPC – within 6 monthsCPI / Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 6 months🎁 Full Benefits Package
