What You'll Do :

Manage your own caseload independently through all phases of litigation.

Draft pleadings, discovery demands / responses, motion papers, and construction agreements (experience in construction litigation is a plus).

Lead and participate in depositions; trial experience is a strong asset.

Conduct thorough legal research and apply critical thinking to complex cases.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For :

JD degree and in good standing with the NYS Bar Association.

3-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm.

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; proficiency in Lexis or similar tools.

Exceptional judgment, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to commute or relocate to Riverhead, NY.
