Senior Payments Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Payments Analyst to support their payments team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a KPI framework for payments performance

Lead cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, operations management, statistics, or related field (MBA a plus)

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, payments, SaaS, or healthcare technology

Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL and BI tools

Experience creating KPI frameworks and connecting data-driven insights to business outcomes

Strong understanding of compliance and data security standards relevant to payments (PCI, HIPAA)
