PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Exciting Opportunity :  Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.
• Ideal Candidate :  Leadership skills, energetic team-player, passionate about patient care in the Northland.
• Support & Development :  Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.
• High-Quality Practice Model : 1. Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.  2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.
• Specialty Outreach Services :  Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.
• Work Schedule :   Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
• Clinic Hours :  7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.
• Hospital Rounding :  Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.
• Medical Records :  EPIC system.
