Compensation : $205K-$225K pr / yr

Job Type : Full Time Monday - Friday. Day shift. Time split between 2 locations.

Our client a well established FQHC in Nassau County NY is seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to add to there team.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive assessment diagnosis and treatment for a range of conditions in a general practice setting.
• Order interpret and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications administer treatments and provide immunizations.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation including appropriate coding.
• Participate in peer reviews clinical education quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and billing practices.
• Participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
