Account Support Specialist

to join our vibrant team. As a key player in our organization, you will work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients in the Medical and Health Science Universities sector.

What You'll Do :

Collaborate with Account Managers to investigate client inquiries and manage priorities effectively.

Conduct audits to ensure accurate billing and update client files and databases with precision.

Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines while providing outstanding customer service via phone.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to process and maintain data efficiently.

Support Account Managers in achieving clean billing and assist with various tasks as assigned.

Verify insuramce coverage to ensure it meets University requirements

Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate or higher) and Microsoft Access.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage a high volume of work, especially during our peak season from March to September.

Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to customer service excellence.

Discretion when handling confidential information.
