Recent CDL-A graduate to operate a dedicated dry van account with weekly home time; suitable for newer drivers completing initial training who seek steady, no-touch freight assignments.
Schedule and trainingHome weekly .
4–6 weeks of on-road mentorship with a trainer; paid training during the mentorship period.Equipment and freightLate-model Cascadia tractors, fully equipped, automatic transmission.
Dry van trailers; freight assignments are 100% no-touch.CompensationProjected annual pay : $70,000–$85,000 USD.
Primary responsibilitiesSafely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Transport dry van freight on assigned dedicated routes, adhering to schedules and customer delivery instructions.Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and at customer sites.Minimum qualificationsValid CDL-A license.
Recent completion of truck driving training (completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months or equivalent program is preferred).Minimum age of 21 years.Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.Additional expectationsMaintain a professional demeanor while operating equipment and interacting with customers.
