Job descriptionJob Description : Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate field construction operations and personnel. Assign work and schedules for the in-house construction team. Perform detailed field surveys. Keep a comprehensive record of all ongoing projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide training and support to field staff. Oversee the acquisition and tracking of necessary permits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during field operations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related industry. Ability to read prints and utilize software related to the telecommunications industry. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and field operations.
