Director of Technology Strategy

A company is looking for a Director, Technology Strategy and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI product strategy and ownership, defining vision and success metrics

Bridge AI strategy with business impact by translating opportunities into actionable use cases

Orchestrate the AI innovation lifecycle, ensuring governance and compliance throughout development

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of technology and / or product management experience

At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams / projects

Experience in aligning product vision with business and technical requirements

Foundational knowledge in data science, machine learning, coding (Python, R, or similar), or MLOps

Understanding of AI-focused solutions and digital transformation trends in life sciences
