Must be able to cover Mondays and Fridays as well as a weekend rotation (~ 2 days every 4 weeks). Certs REQ : - Valid Florida PT License - BLS Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?  Yes as needed Open to accommodating block schedule?  TBD based on unit’s needs Pending License accepted :   Florida State or compact license required at time of submission Guaranteed Hours :   Contracted hours guaranteed. Special Requirements : - Acute Care Experience Required - ICU Experience Preferred - 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) - Flu vaccine required - Medical / Religious Exemptions Only.
