Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the pioneer and recognized leader in Cloud Computing. Millions of businesses in 150+ countries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across all industries including public sector, run their operations and applications on AWS. Many of these customers seek help from AWS Professional Services in their transition to a cloud-based IT operating model.
Are you passionate about solving business problems through data driven decision making? Can you juggle multiple priorities? Do you want to learn new skills to get the job done? You will work with business operations, strategists, and scientists to maximize the value AWS delivers to our customers while also driving platform consumption. Internally facing, you will focus on improving rigor across our pipeline and project portfolio through opportunity reviews and delivery health reviews that focus on timecards, voice of the customer, customer references, demand and capacity management, and partner staffing. You will drive mechanism improvements and identify trends, blockers, and observations within our delivery portfolio. The project management rigor you drive into our portfolio of projects along with your analysis of data associated with project health will contribute to the development of our delivery strategy and drive impact against our Professional Services business objectives. You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and assist with delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
