Salary : $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Summit County Mountain Retreats is searching for local entry-level, intermediate, and advanced maintenance technicians. Whether you are a self-proclaimed handyman that is constantly fixing things around the house, or an experienced maintenance professional with the skills to back it up, we want to pay you top dollar for your talents! We will provide everything you will need to be successful in this role, including : tools, a company vehicle, a supportive team, and even on-the-job training for entry-level employees. All we need is you!

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Maintenance Technician at Summit County Mountain Retreats, you will be taking a hands-on approach to managing and maintaining over 500 properties. Each day, you will complete unit inspections, repairs, and other general maintenance tasks at various properties and locations as assigned by management. This position will require you to be able to work both independently and as a member of a team. The ideal candidate is looking for a stable, long-term position that will give them an opportunity to use and develop their skills to grow within the company and foster a team-focused environment. We always prefer to promote from within our existing staff whenever possible; several members of our staff have been with us for over a decade and have advanced from entry level positions to top management.

COMPENSATION

• $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
