Compensation : $67.00 - $97.00 per hour (W2 only, no C2C)

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Designer to join a leading retail organization known for its innovation and customer-centric approach. This role focuses on shaping intuitive, human-centered experiences for AI-powered products that influence business and product decisions. You will work at the intersection of design, data, and technology, helping create solutions that make artificial intelligence explainable, trustworthy, and actionable.

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will define how AI-driven insights are presented and interacted with, blending creativity with systems thinking and data literacy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research - to design experiences that simplify complex data and empower decision-making.

Core Responsibilities :

• Human + AI Interaction Design : Create intuitive interactions with AI systems, ensuring clarity, transparency, and user control.
• Data Visualization : Develop visual narratives and architectures that communicate AI insights effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Translate technical outputs into meaningful user experiences in partnership with engineers and data scientists.
• Discovery & Research : Lead sessions to uncover user needs and pain points related to data interpretation.
• Design Systems Integration : Extend design systems to support AI and data visualization components.
• Ethical Design Advocacy : Promote responsible and inclusive AI design practices.
