Location : Rusty Rail Brewing Company – Mifflinburg, PA

Schedule : Nights & Weekends (Event-Based)

Compensation : Hourly wage + tips

About the Role

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking energetic and professional Events Servers to join our Banquets & Events Team. Our servers play a key role in creating memorable experiences for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position where attention to detail and teamwork shine.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive service during weddings, banquets, and private events

Set up event spaces including tables, linens, and service stations

Deliver plated meals and beverages promptly and professionally

Clear tables, refresh drinks, and assist with event flow from start to finish

Support event setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness throughout service

Work closely with the Events, Culinary, and Management teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines

Requirements

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and event hours (schedule varies week to week)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Dependable, team-oriented, and professional in appearance and attitude

Previous serving or event experience preferred, but training provided
