Key Responsibilities

Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond

Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex financial regulations into engaging content

Maintain project management autonomy to ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in eLearning development with significant instructional design exposure

Strong video development skills

Background in the financial services industry, familiar with its regulations and policies

Proven ability to work independently with initiative and self-motivation

Ability to effectively collaborate with SMEs and team members
