ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Paula Faivre - State Farm Agent is searching for a team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to talk with you about this rewarding opportunity to build your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
  • Property and Casualty license prior to hire -and- Life and Health license within 90 days
