Description :

• Comply at all times with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Ensure the correct and timely setup of all Banquet Event Order functions.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet function spaces, pre-function areas, and storage rooms, including carpets, walls, windows, and heating / air conditioning units.
• Keep the banquet storeroom organized and stocked with necessary supplies for meetings or food service functions.
• Be familiar with fire exits and extinguisher locations, and adhere to all hotel safety rules.
• Break down function setups after completion and properly store all equipment and supplies.
• Notify management of any hazards or safety concerns.
• Perform other tasks or jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
