About This Role

As a Demand Planner in a make-to-order, discrete manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for developing dynamic, data-driven demand forecasts that align with customer-specific requirements, production capabilities, and strategic business goals. This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Demand Planning

• Develop and maintain a demand forecast using advanced statistical models, customer order patterns, and market intelligence.
• Integrate customer-specific requirements and engineering lead times into the forecast to support make-to-order production cycles.
• Align demand plans with business strategy, capacity constraints, and financial targets.

Agile Forecasting & Scenario Modeling

What You Will Gain

The base salary range for this role is $65,450.00 - $77,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
