Accountabilities

• Lead development and production of all creative work, ensuring campaigns are fresh, insightful, and effectively differentiate the brand.
• Develop creative strategies for marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
• Partner with marketing, product, and brand teams to align creative output with business goals and product launches.
• Manage video pre-production, production, and post-production processes for all content.
• Oversee agency collaborations, ensuring work adheres to brand standards and elevates production quality.
• Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and consumer insights to continuously optimize creative performance.
