Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to safely and efficiently transport materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to handle bagged products weighing up to 100 pounds . Bilingual candidates are a bonus .
Responsibilities :
Operate CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to move, load, and distribute materials.Lift and handle bagged products up to 100 pounds as needed.Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.Follow site plans, blueprints, and safety guidelines.Assist in loading / unloading trucks and organizing materials.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues.Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations.Skills :

Prior experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders .Ability to lift and transport bagged products up to 100 pounds .Understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.Ability to work in various weather conditions.Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required .OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a bonus .Bonus Points for the Following
