Position Summary :

The Financial Counselor I plays a crucial role in assisting patients and their families by providing clear explanations of payment processes and ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the financial aspects of their care.

Qualifications :

• Education / Training : High School diploma or equivalent; completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and annual educational requirements.
• Licensure / Certification : None required.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing skills.
• At least 1 year of PC / Windows experience.
